ROCK HOUSE KIDS: BACK TO SCHOOL HEALTH FAIR
Friday, August 8, 2025 (1:00 PM - 7:00 PM) (CDT)
Description
Open to all school age children and teens in the community. Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Services: physicals, dental care, eye exams, backpacks with school supplies, farmers market. All services are offered at no cost.
The health fair will be held in the RHK South parking lot/gym - 1325 7th St, Rockford, 61104.

August 8th: Community Health Fair.
Roles needed will be:
1p-3p: Set/up and canvassing - passing out flyers in the neighborhood (4 people needed)
3p-5p: Event support - Book table/ Make snow cones/ connect community to resources available (FULL)
5p-7p: Tear down and Clean up. (8 people needed)
